Let’s come together during the new moon to gather in circle to honour and celebrate new intentions and new beginnings.

I have been facilitating circles and holistic wellness events for many years in the Creston Valley and beyond, and take great care in holding safe containers for all backgrounds and belief systems. This is a soul circle, meaning it's open to all who want to step into this space to receive whatever it is that they need to nourish their hearts and souls.

Circle is for everyone. Come as you are, share as little or as much as you like, receive what you need, and refuel your spirit. And experience the transformational art of arrow breaking!

What is arrow breaking?

It’s breaking wooden arrows in a way that seems impossible. It’s not so much mind over matter as it is a matter of energy. It promises to blow your mind and shift your being—mentally, emotionally, physically, and/or spiritually—in amazing ways. It helps you transcend fears and build confidence, unlock inner strength and resilience, transform your perception of self, and strengthen your focus and mental clarity.

It’s about making the impossible possible, breaking through barriers and limits to land deeper within ourselves and recognize the wholeness of our being. Arrow breaking is one exercise in a series that will be shared throughout the fall, ultimately leading to a FIREWALK on Sunday, December 1.

These events are not prerequisites to firewalking, but those who attend will receive a discount toward the firewalking event.

So, back to the arrow breaking…

Arrow breaking is a practice developed by Peggy Dylan of the Sundoor School and was taught to me by both Peggy and HeatherAsh Amara during my Sundoor Firewalk Instructor and Empowerment Coach certification.

Arrow breaking is not about how strong you are physically or how much will you have mentally. It’s about breaking free of the constraints of your mind and body, unlocking powerful energy held within that can shift and alchemize your entire life. It shows you new possibilities for overcoming challenges while transforming your fears into courage and strength. It’s a deeply empowering and transformative experience that aligns your mind, body, soul, and intention.

The arrow is in direct relationship to the air, and the air element symbolizes movement, freedom, clarity, and new beginnings. The arrow offers you breakthroughs in the domain of air, cutting through doubts and limitations, and when we use it in unison with the throat chakra, we open an entirely new field of expression and possibility.

Come honour the new horizons ahead, cast your intentions, alchemize your energy, leave with a renewed sense of confidence and courage, and know that you are more than capable to overcome any worthy obstacle with both strength and grace. We’ll step into the mystery together and tap into the field of limitless potential that leads us to achieve extraordinary things.

**A portion of this event will take place outdoors so please be sure to dress accordingly. It starts at 3:30pm and the duration is typically 2-3 hours, and the investment is $50. Address and directions are provided upon registration. Advance registration is required and space is limited so be sure to secure your spot right away!
